El derecho normalmente se aplica mediante la argumentación, pero esta aplicación requiere un discurso sólido en el ámbito lingüístico, oral y escrito. Estas dudas les permiten a los profesionales del derecho, al menos, repensar algunas terminologías que se utilizan a veces inadecuadamente. En forma concisa, concreta y amena, la autora sólo pretende que esta obra contribuya a enriquecer el lenguaje juridico.
